The International Naval Contest (INC) takes place every year on the second weekend of December.

This year, ARMI "Associazione Radioamatori Marinai Italiani (ITALY)", will be sponser of the International Naval Contest.

When:       13th December 2025 16:00 UTC  to  14th December 2025 15:59 UTC

Bands:      3.5 - 7 - 14 - 21 - 28 MHz

Prefered frequencies:
   CW:   3,560 - 7,025 - 14,052 - 21,052 - 28,052 MHz
   SSB:  3,625 - 7,060 - 14,335 - 21,225 - 28,320 MHz

Mode:       CW - SSB - Mixed

Informations to be given on contact:

   1. Naval Club Member: RST+CLUB+MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (eg. "599MI300")
   2. Non Naval Member: RST+NUMBER (eg. "599001")

Points:

   1. Naval club members:              10 points
   2. Non-Naval members:                1 point

Rules:

   1. Every contacted and logged member of a participating Naval Club.
   2. Every station only counted once as a multiplier during the contest
       regardless of the number of bands you work them on.
   3. Participation in the contest is allowed only under   o n e   membership number.

Score:   Total QSO points * Multipliers = total score

Participants classes:
A = Naval Station, all band mixed mode (single op)
B = Naval Station, all band CW (single op)
C = Naval Station, all band SSB (single op)
D = All bands/modes SWL
E = Naval, all bands/modes, "Clubstation" (multi op)
F = Non Naval, all bands/modes (single op)

Trophys:  engraved plaques for the 1st winner of each class.

Certificates:  for all participants by e-mail.

Logs:

All logs must be sent via the official programm NAVAL LOGGER 3.7 via the "Send log to E-log" button. If any of these attributes are not reported, the log is excluded from the count.
All logs must have a CBR (Cabribrillo) extension.
No more logs with other extensions will be accepted.

However the log was created with other contest management SW (QUARTEST, N1MM etc.), they can be sent by email to the following adress:

Each log entry is confirmed by a short e-mail.

Logs to be received by:    31th December 2025

A software NAVAL LOGGER 3.7 has been created to manage the contest, you can download it by going to the website: https://www.oh1mie.fi/naval.html

Unfortunately, contrary to the announcement, the organizer decided that certificates would only be awarded to the first 3 in each class.
